I’m very skeptical of the EuroVision song contest but after this year’s winning song there might still be some hope!
Lena’s performance wasn’t pretentious at all. She just went on stage wearing a simple short black dress and did the magic with her singing and cute nature… and it looks like this has worked with the European audience.
From what I’m reading, she’s quite a success in her home-country, Germany, and at one time had 3 songs in the top 5 of the German singles chart. Satellite has even been certified triple gold. All three songs are available on her MySpace.
