MGMT’s have put their whole new album Congratulations on their Web site… don’t know for how long it will be available. The line on their web site says:
“Hey everybody, the album leaked, and we wanted you to be able to hear it from us. We wanted to offer it as a free download but that didn’t make sense to anyone but us”
It sound quite different from Oracular Spectacular
