Sia

By Danii in Music

Sweet Child of Mine

By Cili in Acoustic, Advertising, Music

Thinkbox’s Nov/Dec Awards for TV ads stated that John Lewis’ ‘The feeling’ was the 3rd best ad. I remember seeing it in christmas and it really captured the feeling, especially with its very gentle version of Sweet Child of Mine (a rock classic by Guns’n’Roses) by Taken by Trees. Enjoy!

Four Tet

By Matt in Chillout, Electronic, Jazz, Music

Still discovering tracks from the new album There Is Love In You, but I’m really liking the electronic sound mixed with some jazz influences. Four Tet is the name used by Kieran Hebden, (from London)  for his experimental electronic music-oriented solo efforts. Listen attentively to this album…

The Sea is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae, (most famous for ‘Put Your Record On’) released on 20th Jan, available 1st Feb (according to all the Underground posters) I am listening to it right now & haven’t chosen the best one yet — but I’ll be too greedy not to [...]
